Most basic readings require your exact Date of Birth, exact Time of Birth, and Place of Birth (City and Country). To get an accurate astrological chart, time is crucial. For palmistry or mole, you'll need to upload images or describe locations.
Highly recommended. Without it, your moon sign and ascendant cannot be correctly determined, reducing accuracy. If you absolutely do not know, we can cast a generic 12:00 PM ‘sunrise chart’, but let us know in the notes.
Once complete, your report will be available in your Dashboard as a digital file. You will also receive an email notification indicating it is ready.

No. Mole readings are symbolic analyses of placement based on traditional texts. If a mole changes in size, shape, color, bleeds, or causes concern, you must consult a licensed medical professional immediately (e.g., a dermatologist).

Yes. For Palm Reading and Full Combined Reading, you will be prompted to securely upload a clear photo of both your left and right palms as part of the order process.
Your birth data, uploaded imagery, and final reports are stored securely in our database solely for providing your service. They are viewable only by authorized expert admins for review. Customers may request removal of uploaded images and submitted materials after delivery through our support channel.
